Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling clerical tasks, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls - Perform data entry and maintain organized files - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Schedule appointments and meetings - Assist with office management tasks as needed - Provide personal assistant support to executives - Proofread documents for accuracy - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Requirements:
