In this role, you will be handling and following the details of research projects.
Tasks include helping us to identify the appropriate people for each research project, programming surveys, reviewing data, preparing products for evaluations, and interacting with clients and our respondents.
There are many opportunities for growth depending on your interests including designing and conducting or moderating research, data analysis and reporting.
Because each project is different and our office is small, you will get to do lots of different things! Skills and experience we are looking for include:
Leadership skills with a strong follow-through Confidence to make decisions when needed Working independently as well as being a part of a team Experience in project management and working against deadlines in previous employment (2 years minimum) A positive personality with an anything is possible attitude Strong communication and writing skills Great organizational skills Ability to utilize Excel to sort and analyze information Research analyst Comfortable reaching out and speaking with people and general customer service A willingness to be flexible - hours will vary sometimes based on the project need Comfortable with technology in general and figuring things out Ability to learn and utilize new technologies Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey is a plus!
