We support computers and security systems throughout Central Florida.
We have a position open for Administrative Assistant, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
The ideal candidate will be good at typing and know Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Tasks include Data Entry, updating records, tracking emails, communicating with operations, and supporting sales staff by preparing quotes, and project books, gathering information, and presenting it to operations and clients.
You must always be punctual and professional.
No personal phone texting and playing are allowed during working hours.
A one-hour lunch is available for all personal errands and time to rewind.
The atmosphere is fast-paced and work-oriented, and strict 90-day probation.
We offer a competitive hourly pay scale, paid time off after the first year, 50% health insurance reimbursement after 90 days, and other spiffs that may add to your pay monthly.
