As a Receptionist/ Office Assistant, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our patients in a caring and uplifting environment promoting holistic healthcare.
Requirements Minimum high school diploma Associate degree preferred.
1-3 years' experience in office setting; experience in medical field a plus.
Must have exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
Bilingual is a plus Duties:
Welcomes visitors/patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
Responsible for cash collection of services rendered Responsible for answering phone calls, making phone calls to clients to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, etc.
Coordinate appointments for clients by preparing charts and contacting clients about changes in appointments.
Coordinate daily activities with the Director/CEO.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director or Director of Operations as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
