What you will do:
This position is responsible for accepting, creating and assigning work orders to the team that are sent to us from our many clients.
As well as reviewing and distributing emails and documents from our vendors to upload to work orders and notify team members they may need to take action and creating invoices in the system when appropriate from vendors.
This position requires a high level of detail and ability to work independently as a self starter.
Strong computer skills and focus on the task at hand Ability to maintain confidentiality of information that is reviewed and/or received Dependable, reliable and on-time are a must for this position What we offer:
