Longwood, FL Longwood, FL Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour 23 hours ago 23 hours ago 23 hours ago Electronically file all receipts into QuickBooks and attach to correct job for accurate job costing QuickBooks entry on a daily basis (payroll, invoices and receipts) Upkeeping all employee files Updating inhouse company tracker with job status dates Assist with and keeping track of Fleet Maintenance Maintain Vendor/Subcontractor files and Invoices Enter all subcontractor / supplier expenses into QB and attach to correct job Document and organize job expenses for each specific job.
Track timesheets daily in T-sheets and ensure hours are connected to correct jobs Scheduling jobs with vendors, residents and project managers Front Desk responsibilities (phones, filing, office supplies etc) Communicate with customers in a warm, professional & polite manner Answer all calls/emails and begin appropriate job funnel; Sales, Operations, Customer Care etc.
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks Job Type:
