The Project Coordinator is responsible for dispatching field crew, customer interactions, and following internal job flow.
Candidate should have excellent customer service, organizational and decision making skills and capabilities.
This position reports to the Solar Department Manager.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 730AM to 4PM Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a daily service schedule and dispatch technicians in a timely and efficient manner to maximize productivity (Must have two weeks scheduled out at all times) Debrief technicians before and after shifts, and if needed after each call to maintain proper reports and flow of work Answer company phone and direct inquiries to the proper staff member Receive and respond to email inquiries or job-related requests and respond in a timely fashion to keep customers updated of work status Accurately enter and maintain customers, jobs, and dispatches within the software program Contact clients on a weekly basis to give updates on the status of their project Assist customers with activation of solar system Responsible for close out of all jobs Ensure all documentation, pictures, receipts, etc.
are in Google Drive folder Ensure Service Fusion is up to date with any information/notes and is ready for final billing
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a coordinator and or dispatcher Strong listening and communication skills Deadline and detail oriented The capacity to work independently and collaboratively Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy Compensation and
