Commercial Account Associate- Remote and Hybrid Options Eastern Time Zone
Description Position at Insurance Office of America This position is open to hybrid and fully remote options.
Working hours are 8-5 or 9-6 Eastern Time.
Those that reside near our corporate office in Longwood, FL will be asked to work in a hybrid capacity.

This position would work to increase the overall service and support received during the initial transition of new producers and/or clients, in order to enhance the producer/client onboarding experience and secure new business for the organization.
Working under the direction of an Account Manager (AM) and/or Account Executive (AE) and following established industry and company guidelines; provides administrative and customer service support to AM and/or AE; and meeting all performance requirements regarding production, quality and ensuring that no liability associated with errors or omissions occur.
Resolves basic and routine administrative and customer service problems directly, and refers complex requests or inquiries to more senior staff.
Commercial Lines Account Associate essential functions include:
Performs a high volume and wide variety of insurance-related administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes as directed/assigned by AM and/or AE including, but not limited to:
Processing Policy Endorsements and carrier Audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actions Issuing Auto ID Cards Issuing Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property Issuing Auto ID Cards Issuing Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property Delivers excellent service at all times, including proactively anticipating needs, maintaining frequent and professional communication, and responding quickly to service requests Lives and champions IOA core values at all times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadership Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates will have:

years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage experience An active P&C License/4-40 or 2-20 license preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills Outstanding verbal/written communication skills Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy PC proficiency, including MS Office Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times Great Reasons to Work at IOA include:
