Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the clinician Collect data on the behaviors and progress of the client Collaborate with the clinician to develop and implement effective teaching strategies Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to report on the progress of their child's ABA program Maintain accurate records of data collected, treatments given, progress made, and any changes in the client's condition or circumstances Attend professional meetings and trainings as well as maintain in-service attendance Provide direct support to clients through one-on-one or group training in a clinic setting Work collaboratively with other clinicians and staff members in the clinic setting to implement a wide range of services for clients with autism spectrum disorders, including speech and occupational therapy, physical therapy, social skills groups, feeding therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and school-based programs.
Qualifications:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis Master's degree in a related field of study such as psychology, speech pathology, or education Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders preferred Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities or other related diagnoses.
