We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Solar Production Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry, a solid understanding of production processes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all phases of residential solar installations, from post-sales through to system activation, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
Schedule and coordinate site assessments, installations, inspections, and other necessary appointments, working closely with customers, installation crews, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely production of project design documents and permits.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain accurate project records, using project management software and tools.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to production processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or production management, preferably in the solar industry.
Strong understanding of residential solar installation processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, including project management and scheduling systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
