We are looking for someone outgoing, with a positive attitude, attention to detail and high level of professionalism.

The Receptionist is responsible for representing Sentry at the front desk of our Corporate Office by greeting visitors and employees, handling client walk-in requests and inquiries, and assisting with administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and employees at the front desk; ensure all requests are handled courteously and efficiently Answer general inquiries and assist customers with payments and other requests.
Computer assignments for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, mail system, copiers, or phone systems Scanning documents and filing as appropriate.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Conduct searches to find needed information.
Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
Provide services to customers, such as order placement, payment processing or account information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Attention to detail Great communication skills Previous customer service experience, preferred Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite including work and excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
