We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permitting Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the permitting process, coordinating with the engineering department, submitting plans and layouts, utility interconnections, scheduling inspections, filing reports, and answering phones.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the end-to-end permitting process, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate closely with the engineering department to gather necessary documentation and information for permit applications.
Review, prepare, submit and receive permit packages Work with internal teams and jurisdictional employees to understand and resolve any jurisdictional comments Schedule Inspections with local jurisdiction Coordinate and submit request for Engineering plans with Engineers.
Prepare and submit interconnection documentation with utility companies Process warranty claims with manufacturers (if applicable) Answer company phone and direct inquiries to the proper staff member.
Receive and respond to email inquiries or job-related requests and respond in a timely fashion to keep customers updated of work status.
Accurately enter and maintain customers, jobs, and dispatches within the software program.
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with municipality departments and staff members.
Qualifications 1
years of permitting experience (Preferred).
Relevant coursework or certification in permitting or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Professional and courteous communication.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy High school diploma or equivalent required.
