Full Time Position - At least four days, Mon thru Thursday! The position start date would be May 2024.
Medical receptionist role does a little bit of everything but mainly handles the front desk interacting with both the patients, doctor/ medical assistants.
Team work, communication and customer service are a must with this role! Computer skills, Detail oriented, organized and multitasking skills are also a plus! Primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting and Check-in / Check-out patients Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays Processing referrals Answering phone calls Ordering office supplies Keeping the reception area/ rooms clean Maintain schedules Scanning, Faxing documents Job Type:
