Summary:
Provide top level customer service to bth external and internal customers.
This role will have direct contact with both customers and team members in the field.
The primary role will be to assist in scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure efficient appointment bookings and on-time arrival of our technicians.
You will be responsible for entering calls into our CRM along with any other pertinent information, following up with customers to confirm as required, support customer facing efforts by ensuring all needed documents and information are loaded into customers job profile in the CRM.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Strong customer service and people skills Highly organized Able to thrive in high pressure situations Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel JOB DUTIES:
Ensure that in all circumstances, companies core values are reflected in a professional and positive image Field customer calls requesting appointments, repairs or maintenance work and provide appropriate communications Work closely with team members and managers to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
