The company has an immediate need for a Lead HVAC Technician to service commercial and residential customers throughout Seminole County. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and
Experience:
Three to five years of verifiable and successful HVAC technician experience
EPA Certification with NATE Certification a decided plus
Experience working on at least five to ten ton units
A customer comes first orientation and good oral and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy and the ability to enter information
Own your own basic tools
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
A clean driving record
This is a direct hire position, not a contract.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
