Marketing Coordinator

Engineers, Inc. (Bentley) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the business development and marketing efforts of the firm. Primary responsibilities will include researching project opportunities; writing proposals; developing presentations; assist with maintaining the firm's Website; and providing administrative support as required.
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, who is also self-motivated, creative, and resourceful a person, who can work without guidance, and can produce high-quality work in a demanding and deadline-driven environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Coordinate and produce responses to RFQs and RFPs including research, writing, page layout, proposal graphics and cover design.
o Write proposal copy for review and editing by others, with minimal edits/changes necessary.
o Proofread, edit and provide quality reviews of proposals prepared by self and others.
o Attend pre-proposal meetings
o Develop and maintain project information, experience lists, employee resumes and client reference lists
o Develop presentations
o Develop Website content
o Maintain Website updates
o Provide additional administrative related duties and event support, as required and assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including knowledge and experience working with technical staff to create copy that is clear, concise, thoughtful, and easy to understand. Candidate should also be familiar with the development of supporting documentation and visuals as needed
o Responsible for coordinating deliverables/deadlines with clients and consultants throughout all phases of a project.
o Must be able to work with diplomacy and efficiency under pressure; understands the time sensitive nature of marketing, proposals and presentations; and be willing to contribute wherever, whenever and however possible to support overall efforts of the marketing group with the expectation that additional hours may be required in this effort.
o Excellent project management, organization, and people skills, including the ability to work with a wide-variety of staff levels from senior executives to administrative staff.
o Capable of adhering to deadlines while working on multiple, diverse projects.
o Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
o Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing or a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with previous A/E/C experience.
o Demonstrated strengths in written and organization skills and verbal communications.
o Solid writing, photo editing, page layout and presentation software experience
COMPUTER SKILLS
o This position requires exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (advanced skills with InDesign required) and MS Office (advanced skills with Word & Powerpoint required) programs required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
