Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Lead personnel including hiring and providing career development to build organizational capability.
Hire staff that can drive the businesses strategy.
Plan, direct, and control all Operations and meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs in a multi-unit operation.
Responsible for analyzing all financial reports for residential and retail operations.
Review all financial measurements with directors to ensure achievement of financial goals.
Develop operational component forecasts and is able to explain variances.
Provide guidance and support in developing action plans to address areas requiring improvement.
Ensure compliance with Company's Standard of Operations in all area of operations
Establish clear objectives for the team and obtains and directs resources to ensure alignment to the organizational strategies and enhancement of customer experience.
Provide timely and behaviorally specific feedback, align and mobilize the organization with a set of common goals while maintaining an encouraging demeanor at moments of stress in a way that will positively influence others.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and succession planning of all talent at location.
Ensure that projects are in scope, on target and delivered on time to customer specifications.
Identify areas of operational opportunities, develops and implements plans of action which support a positive customer experience and maximize operational effectiveness and productivity

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree (and/or Construction, Facility Maintenance and management experience).
A minimum of 10+ years of experience
Self-Starter
Provide Accurate Reports on all client accounts
Strong people management and motivational skills
Team and results oriented
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Establish and maintain strong working relationship with team and appropriate internal contacts
Ability to establish strategic plans
Solution oriented
The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business.
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and support staff and be able to respond effectively to changing demands.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite applications is required.
Ability to read Blue Prints
Compensation based on experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
