We're looking for an Field Operations Team Support to join our Longwood, Florida.
Field Operations Team Support will:
Assist with licensing verification for Employee Incentive Program and Personal Policy Commissions.
Process bank account changes/corrections with carriers as needed.
Assist Field Operations specialists process new bank account setup for direct deposit and sweep accounts with carriers for new acquisitions.
Assist with carrier logins in order to access commission statements, change direct deposit accounts, etc.
Reconcile corporate credit card statements on a monthly basis.
Maintain Field Operations contact database with carrier accounting personnel information proven to be best point of contact for banking changes and discrepancies.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
